Get the recorder.

The download is a small zip file. When you run it, it gets the full recorder. The full recorder is about 310 MB.

setup.bat — run this one time to install.

recorder_app.bat — run this each time you play.

Send the Windows recorder link to your email.

The recorder runs only on Windows.
Install the recorder.

Unzip the download. Open setup.bat. Windows can show a warning for new programs. Click 'More info'. Then click 'Run anyway'.
Sign in to the recorder.

Open recorder_app.bat. Enter your access code.
Stop notifications.

Turn on Do not disturb in Windows. Press the Windows key and N. Select the bell. Notifications can make the recording unusable.
Record your game.

Start a recording. Open Diablo IV. Open Options. Open Controls for a few seconds. Play the game. Stop the recording.
Wait for the upload.

Keep the recorder open. Close it after the upload is complete.

Go to your home page.
